The e-mail element of this system is optional for each salon. You can use the system Group 3 Marketing has created, you can do it yourselves if you already have a broadcast e-mail system in place, or you can skip e-mails altogether. We strongly recommend you utilize weekly e-mails.
At this time, e-mails will not have any graphics to keep them simple and easy for your clients to open.
Here is a sample of the weekly e-mail that goes to all clients with e-mail addresses. The first paragraph is constant every week. The second paragraph can be added by the salon at any time. The system also allows each salon and spa to create On-The-Fly e-mails that can be sent as needed by management. |
