Overview
Group 3 Marketing’s Open Booking system gives you the opportunity to fill your chairs by letting your clients know what appointments you have open on a real time basis. This program puts you in control of everything, including the sending of e-mails to your clients.


What your salon needs to participate:
  • Your own website
  • Web access in your salon/spa
  • Designated staff member to do real time web updates


How it works:
  • Group 3 Marketing will create your very own Open Bookings page, which you fill in on a daily basis with your open bookings. A simple double click of an icon on your desktop brings the easy to use site up for you to edit. If one of your openings gets taken, you can simply delete that opening from the site or mark it as “taken” — In real time.

    By the way, when a client has to cancel an appointment – NOW, you can add in the new open booking availability in just seconds.

  • G3M will send you a set of code for your webmaster, so you can incorporate this page into your existing website. Your clients will go to your website to view openings anytime they want.

  • G3M will help you create in-salon signs to inform/remind clients to visit your website for this valuable service.

  • You can supply us with a list of your clients with e-mail addresses or you can do it yourself, but we recommend that you send out an initial e-mail inviting clients to check out your website with the new open bookings/daily specials page.

OPTIONAL – Weekly Client Emails
You also have the option of using the G3M Open Booking System to send out weekly reminder emails to your email client base.

You will have complete control over the content of the emails, because we will provide you with a web based E-mail Editor. After some on the phone training, you’ll be editing your own unique weekly message to your clients.

We’ll help you keep your email list up to date by telling you which clients unsubscribe to the emails, and also adding in new email addresses as you get them at your salon.

Whether you choose to use the G3M turnkey e-mail program or do it yourself, we strongly encourage you to do a weekly e-mail.


OPTIONAL – On-The-Fly Emails
  • This program also gives you the chance to send special message emails to your clients whenever you want. Just edit the weekly client email to suit your needs, and we can send it out for you. This could be especially effective before the holidays or other busy times of the year.

  • If you let us know you want to send an e-mail before 12 noon Central Time, we can have that email sent the same day.

  • Remember, you control the content of the emails.
